#123 and #123456 are OK but not #1234 or #12345

There is now a rgba(r,g,b,a) color in CSS3 with alpha channel.

The CSS 2.1 spec does not limit rgb values to 0-255 or percentages to 0%-100% but thats probably a gray area.

Percentages are not limited to integers as rgb(0.5%,0.5%,0.5%,) would be equal to rgb(1,1,1) and rgb(1%,1%,1%) would be equal to rgb(2,2,2) on 24 bit color devices.

0 without units is valid, presumably all values equivalente to 0 like 00 0. 0.0 -0 -0.0 +0 etc

According to http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/syndata.html

numbers have the grammar [0-9]+|[0-9]*\.[0-9]+ and has the text "it can be zero or more digits followed by a dot (.) followed by one or more digits." in the description of a number.

looks like .1 is OK but not 1.

Thank you so much for this! I was all over the web looking for how to use themes in Pidgin & it seemed no one could do it in plain English until I found this page through Google. You are the only one I found that explained it in a way that was easy to understand.

Thanks for this. In win7, I also had to enable "Full Access" for my user in order to delete the keys (from the Permissions > Advanced > Permissions > Edit).

Win7, in all its brilliance as a modern OS, is offering to close the Desktop Window Manager because I only have 55% of my RAM -- that's over 2GB -- free.

I believe the bug reacts to manually changing the size of your paging file. In my case, I shrunk it to avoid swapping on the SSD.
